Currently, China is in a stage of high-quality economic development, with long-term positive economic growth and strong development confidence. However, it still faces problems such as unbalanced and insufficient development, weak independent innovation capabilities, and insufficient economic development momentum. To further promote high-quality economic development, it is necessary to increase the driving force of human capital, regard talent as the primary resource, and achieve the coordinated promotion of human capital and high-quality development. At the same time, increase financial support. Therefore, the article explores in depth the role of financial development and human capital in high-quality economic development from two aspects. Research has shown that financial development and human capital have a positive driving effect on high-quality economic development, while financial development can also support the formation of human capital.
